Dan has been obsessed with unleashing solar since he was a youngster -- trying to get solar installed by his high school when he was 15. He later worked on energy and sustainable development in Indigenous communities in the Southwest and in Israel. He was recognized as one of the 30 Under 30 in Energy by Forbes Magazine. Dan helped to develop the idea for Solar Mosaic as a fellow at the Unreasonable Institute.

Tony leads Mosaic's product, engineering, and website operations functions. He has spent his career leading teams to build consumer and mobile web applications that scale in high traffic environments. Prior to joining Mosaic, Tony held positions as VP of Engineering at Chegg and Cramster.

Ed has 10+ years of energy finance experience and has led cleanweb businesses in energy efficiency and environmental management. At Mosaic he develops financial products for our platform and manages project financing. He began his finance career at Morgan Stanley and holds an MBA from the Haas School at UC Berkeley.

Kristina is a UC Berkeley and London School of Economics grad with experience in real estate finance and private equity. She leads Mosaic's development activities, managing everything from project inception to interconnection and beyond. Kristina also works with Mosaic’s finance team to navigate regulatory issues and develop loan products.

Eric builds software that helps power the clean energy economy. Before Mosaic, Eric worked with Tesla Motors to internationalize their website and take their electric cars global. He also has worked with eco-friendly groups like CivicActions, Save The Bay (San Francisco), Ideal Bite, and graduated from MIT with honors.

A frequent blogger for Forbes and The Huffington Post, Lisa creates the language and facilitates the dialogue to ignite the Mosaic movement. Previously, Lisa wrote political briefings for President Obama in The White House, served as a Peace Corps Volunteer in Niger and managed communications for an impact investment firm in India.

Rafael focuses on making the experience of investing in solar an engaging, meaningful and beautiful process. Prior to Mosaic, he spent three years launching Uber Shelter, a social enterprise focused on designing emergency and transitional shelters for disaster relief.

Ankur leads research efforts on Mosaic’s project development team. Previously, he was a project manager and development director at several sustainability-focused social enterprises. He has also managed off-grid solar development in Nicaragua and Panama.

Finding his climate justice voice as a lead organizer for youth climate conferences hosted by the Energy Action Coalition, Sam’s goal at Mosaic is to transform administrative work from mundane to operational magic. A devout sun worshiper who has managed a biodynamic farm and started his own fermentation business, he can’t think of a better way to share the sunshine than farming it with Solar Mosaic.

He serves on Solar Mosaic's Board of Directors as well as the Solar Foundation and works tirelessly to have sFun (solar for universal need).

Jigar Shah launched SunEdison in 2003, changing the status quo of solar by allowing organizations to purchase solar installations through lease agreements. Under Jigar’s guidance, SunEdison pioneered the solar power services agreement (SPSA) model, which has turned solar services into a multi-billion dollar industry. SunEdison has more solar energy systems and megawatts under management than any other company.

John is the CTO of SendMe, a leading mobile entertainment company in San Francisco. Prior to that, John founded BookPig, a children’s book rental company and co-founded Prosper, the first peer-to-peer lending marketplace in the United States. An active software designer, John was the architect and lead developer of Prosper which raised over $40M from such top venture firms as Benchmark, Accel, and Fidelity Ventures.

Greg is a twelve-year solar project finance and business development veteran currently focused on building up Union Bank’s solar business activities and offerings. Prior to Union Bank, he helped start a solar finance sponsor company that successfully raised and populated a tax equity fund. Before that, Greg held various project finance positions at PowerLight and SunPower Corporations where he financed several major industry leading solar projects in the U.S. Previously, Greg worked in investment banking at D’Accord Financial Services, and also as an environmental advocate.

Anya Schoolman is the founder of the Mt. Pleasant Solar Coop, which has led the effort to organize communities in Washington, DC to make solar accessible and affordable to anyone who wants it. She has helped more than 70 homeowners in DC go solar; fostered the creation of 11 sister co-ops and started a nationwide network of community solar developers.

Previously, he was a Senior Product Manager at Silver Spring Networks, Product Manager at eBay and Lead Product Manager at Prosper, the first peer-to-peer lending marketplace in the United States. Andrew is an expert in user interface design, user experience, and usability testing. He brings broad experience with transactional, community-oriented and peer-to-peer online businesses.
